Hey RV Park Enthusiast, I'm Josh Cole, I'm a second generation RV Dealership Owner, RV Collison expert, RV Storage and RV Park Consultant. My Knowledge for the entire industry is vast but I'm very passionate about the RV Parks as that is where the memories are made and I love building a place with a purpose not just a place to park. I believe there is truly a lack of knowledge and creativity with the parks being built today. Most people are only worried about optimizing the park to fit what they want to make off of it but most fail to see the value they need to add to the customer in order to retain the clients to keep them comping back for more. Every market is different and needs a different type of park. Not all parks are created equal. With over a decade of experience in RV park development, management, and consulting, I've had the privilege of working on numerous successful projects across the country. My expertise spans site selection, permitting, infrastructure planning, amenities design, and operational optimization. I understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the recreational hospitality sector and strive to leverage my knowledge to help clients create thriving RV park destinations.
